Growth marketers running events such as conferences, festivals, product launches, spend money on paid media to build awareness. But there's an underused channel sitting right in front of them: their own attendees.

Problems Faced
The challenge was building a product that lets a marketer create or upload a brand template once, and have thousands of attendees generate and share personalised badges across social media platforms on their own without friction, and with every share tracked.

With two end users in mind, the product has to be seamless and straightforward to use.
- The marketer, who needs to set up a campaign, configure a visual template, and monitor performance.
- The end user, who should be able to generate and share a badge in under 30 seconds on their phone.

I built a workspace that allows marketers to create and manage campaigns in one place. The workflow was structured into two main stages: campaign creation and creative execution. During the creation stage, marketers define campaign details, set timeframes, and upload assets.

Outcome
Outcome
I had to rethink the production workflow as a dynamic, two-way system. I focused on building a framework that automates brand consistency by ensuring brand templates get uploaded so that marketers didn't have to manually oversee every output. By creating a template-based structure, brands can control the end user's output, ensuring that no matter how much they customized their content, the final result would always remain visually consistent.

Problems Faced
Administrators and operations managers lacked a unified interface to oversee the platform's ecosystem. The primary challenges included a lack of feature control to track usage metrics or dynamically gate access to high-compute tools like AR Room Mapping and AI Mold Detection. Additionally, there was zero quality control visibility to audit field measurement accuracy, or verify AI detection confidence scores alongside siloed management for managing user roles, company storage quotas, billing logs, and automated notifications.
