Modern real estate inspection relies on various, fragmented tools: manual tape measures, standalone cameras, separate mold-testing reports, and disconnected billing software. This project involved designing a comprehensive web-based admin panel software to manage users, advanced field metrics (AR and AI), storage and file management, and security operations into an high-density dashboard system.

Modern real estate inspection relies on various, fragmented tools: manual tape measures, standalone cameras, separate mold-testing reports, and disconnected billing software. This project involved designing a comprehensive web-based admin panel software to manage users, advanced field metrics (AR and AI), storage and file management, and security operations into an high-density dashboard system.

Modern real estate inspection relies on various, fragmented tools: manual tape measures, standalone cameras, separate mold-testing reports, and disconnected billing software. This project involved designing a comprehensive web-based admin panel software to manage users, advanced field metrics (AR and AI), storage and file management, and security operations into an high-density dashboard system.

Problems Faced

Administrators and operations managers lacked a unified interface to oversee the platform's ecosystem. The primary challenges included a lack of feature control to track usage metrics or dynamically gate access to high-compute tools like AR Room Mapping and AI Mold Detection. Additionally, there was zero quality control visibility to audit field measurement accuracy, or verify AI detection confidence scores alongside siloed management for managing user roles, company storage quotas, billing logs, and automated notifications.

High-Level Core Analytics (The Dashboard): ​I designed the primary dashboard to serve as the overview page. I structured cards for instant business metrics including users, companies, and revenue, and integrated clear visual data charts to track daily inspection velocity, infrastructure health, and real-time processing loads.


Operations & User Governance: This section focused on creating a searchable, actionable directory where admins can toggle account statuses, assign specific security roles, manage tiered pricing plans, adjust feature flags, and access transactional invoices or activity logs.
